Our 1860s Italianette boarding house in downtown Douglas has been thoughtfully restored into four stunning condominium units. Each condo has been meticulously handcrafted using exotic hardwoods, tumbled marble, slate and granite. Each condo is completely self-contained providing visitors with top-of-the-line appliances, washers & dryers, and central air.
